Just the Beginning

I've been blogging for years now and tumblring (is that  a word?), for even longer. KissesandThugz.tumblr.com was created by my alter ego about three years ago and has been alive and kickin' ever since. Yes I have an alter ego, I mean who doesn't?! If Nicki Minaj is allowed to have like seven, surely I'm allowed to have one... or five. No but really it's only one I assure you. While it's been fun I felt it was time to break away and start something new. Something a bit more personal and a bit more me.

Cue Soft Spoken Style

A blog about me (duh), Nikki Ashley, and my life as a junior in college studying Design & Merchandising. Not only that but keep an eye out for my Soft Spoken Style Tips, tips that done right could can elevate your style exponentially. Take you from wall flower to center stage. Sounds riveting I know, and I'm sure one day will make an awesome best seller. But until then its just me, my computer, and my camera. Oh and Lenny Kravitz, how could I possibly forget Lenny.

Silly me...

No really heres a picture of me being silly. You know that moment when you just wake up and you see you reflection for the first time (in this case reflected in my dirty computer screen, ew)? Yeah it's scary I know but I thought it would be fun to be scared together, like a bonding experience ya know? Plus it would not be much of an introduction if my, oh so beautiful face wasn't present.
